How long does customization take?
Our custom pieces usually take 10–15 working days, depending on the design details. We’ll share an estimated timeline once your request is confirmed.
Can I request changes after placing the order?
Minor adjustments can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, our artisans begin crafting, so further changes may not be possible.
What kind of patterns can I share?
You can share any reference — a sketch, a photo, or even an idea. Our team will work with you to translate it into a beautifully finished outfit.
Is there a fitting trial option?
For select designs, we offer a virtual consultation to guide you on measurements. Physical trials are not possible, but we ensure a precise fit through our process.
