Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Twam Sundara. Please note that all sales are final. We offer a strict no-return policy, with limited exchanges for size-only exchanges on the same item, subject to availability, within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy Highlights:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for refunds or store credit under any circumstances.
  • Size-Only Exchange (Subject to Availability): Exchanges are available only if you need a different size of the same item, and are subject to stock availability. All exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Any products returned in a used, soiled, or damaged state will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Additional Items: Any additional items (such as belts or designer packaging) provided with your purchase must also be included in the package for an exchange to be processed.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-Made and Discounted Merchandise: Items that are custom-made or purchased at a discount are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

  2. Arrange Shipment: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping cost for the return. Please self-ship the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it meets all condition requirements.

International Orders: We currently do not accept exchanges for international orders.
