Exchanges

We are happy to support size exchanges to help you find the perfect fit.

• Size exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

• Exchanges are subject to size availability

• One exchange per order is supported

Each garment undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in impeccable condition.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only as store credit

• Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue

• Cash refunds are not offered

This allows us to continue delivering limited-edition designs while maintaining quality and craftsmanship standards.

Unboxing & Quality Assurance

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution process:

• We recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video

• The unboxing video helps us verify product condition and enables faster support

• An unboxing video is required for all exchange or return requests
