Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know, and we'll be glad to help you with an exchange. You can choose to exchange the item for a different color, size, or style. In the rare event that the merchandise you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Important points to note:

1. Products cannot be returned for a refund. They are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, with all tags still attached. Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted.

3. Please ensure that any additional items provided, such as belts or designer packaging, are included with your return.

4. Custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Exchanges are not available for discounted merchandise.

Exchange Process in India:

Step 1: To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@twamsundara.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91-70161 29329 within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Step 2: After confirming the return with you, we will arrange a pick-up through our courier partner. If the pick-up service is unavailable at your address, you can self-ship the item to us.

Step 3: Securely pack the return in its original package if possible and courier it back to us. You will receive further details in the email.

Exchange for International Orders:

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

However, on a case-by-case basis, if you can arrange for the return of goods to an address in India, where a pick-up can be scheduled through our courier partner, within 90 days of merchandise delivery, we will facilitate an exchange for you. Please note that shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.

1. Domestic Delivery (Within India):

a) Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your products within 3 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation.

b) Delivery Charges: There are no delivery charges for orders within India.

2. International Delivery (Outside India):

a) Delivery Time: International orders will be delivered within 10 to 12 days from the date of order confirmation.

b) Shipping Charges: Free delivery for all international orders.

3. Customs and Import Duties (International Shipments):

a) For international shipments, the recipient may be liable for customs and import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

b) Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend that customers check with their local customs office for more information.

c) Any additional charges for customs clearance or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

d) In the event that the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund the value of the order, excluding the shipping charges and any customs fees incurred.

4. Shipment Tracking:

We provide shipment tracking for both domestic and international orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delayed Shipments:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs delays, or other events beyond our control that may cause delays in delivery. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order and work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
